| 摘 要： | 近年来,社会艺术培训市场迅速发展,为全面提高人们的艺术素养起到了重要的作用,但在追求短期利润的不良行为下,存在着师资队伍构成混乱、培训质量良莠不齐的现状。缺乏规范的社会艺术培训教师资格认定机制是导致这一现象的主要原因,参考现有的教师资格认定条例,并结合艺术培训的特殊性,从多方面提出了社会艺术培训师资规范化评定的初步构想。
