| 摘 要： | 通过对南京市高校大学生健商的问卷调查,对不同年级、不同性别、不同生源地区大学生之间的健商水平进行比较,分析各层次不同主体因体育教学或其他相关方面因素的影响导致的原因以及这种差异存在的特点。针对学生目前的生活方式、健康知识、生活技能、自我保健、精神状态等健商要素存在的问题,为学校健康教育发展提出新的设想,更好地为国家培养具有健康才智的优秀的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | This research reveals the present situation of health quotient by analyzing the investigation papers about the health quotient of college students in Nanjing.This paper compares health quotient levels of students from different grades,different genders,and different hometowns,and analyses the difference of health quotient caused by different physical education and other factors in different groups,as well as the characteristics of the differences.Based on the problems found in life styles,health knowledge,living skills,self health protection,mental situations and other health quotient factors,the paper raises new ideas in college health education development to train quality human resources with higher health quotient. |
