| Abstract: | The middle school mathematics teachers' ability had direct relationship with the cultivating objective of mathematics specialities of teachers colleges. We should change the traditional view and take the cultivation of students' abilities as one of the important objectives in teaching reform. A qualified mathematics teacher in a middle school should have some basic ability such as mathematics ability, teaching ability and so on. |
