| 摘 要： | 本文从整体上分析奎因的翻译哲学。奎因翻译哲学的主要贡献为:1) 从本体论上，论证了语言间的可译性;2) 从认识论上，论证了翻译标准的多元性，证明不存在唯一正确的翻译;3) 从方法论上， 探索了原始翻译的过程 奎因翻译哲学的局限性为:1) 行为主义和自然主义的意义观;2) 由于分析的仅是原始翻译的特殊情况，奎因的语句类型难以界定，难以操作。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts at a thorough examination of Quine s philosophy of translation． Quine s contribution lies in: 1) ontological validation of translatability; 2) epistemological corroboration of the indeterminacy of translation; 3) methodological probe of radical translation． Quine s limitations are: 1) a behaviorist view on meaning; 2) fuzziness and impracticability of sentence categorization． |
