多级乙醇法提取加拿大一枝黄花纤维工艺的研究

摘    要:以台州加拿大一枝黄花为研究对象,对不同浓度、不同温度,不同时间下,乙醇处理加拿大一枝黄花各组分的变化进行了考察,提出了多级乙醇提取加拿大一枝黄花纤维的新工艺。在此工艺下,选择温度在160℃,第一阶段用100%乙醇先行处理1h,后选择60%L醇处理1h为最佳,木质素去除率达到了66.3%。该工艺为木质纤维素的循环再利用提供了借鉴和理论基础。

Abstract:This study takes Taizhou Solidago Canadensis as the research object to study the changes of each component of the Solidago Canadensis under the effects of different ethanol concentration, temperature during each given period. Solidago Canadensis fiber extraction by the multi-stage ethanol technology was established at inter-vals. By the technique, it was most efficient that the first stage began with a treatment by ethanol prior of 100% concentration for lh and then 60% for another lh when the temperature was 160℃, after which the lignin removal rate reached 66.3%. Results showed that this technology could provide the theoretical foundation and direction for the lignocellulose recycling.
