| 摘 要： | 从目前社会需求与空中乘务人才培养定位出发,探讨了人才培养模式的构建问题,并提出空中乘务专业人才培养模式改革内容。实践证明,该人才培养模式有利于空中乘务专业人才的培养,使毕业生能够更快、更好地融入民航及高端服务业,满足企业对专业人才的需求。

| Abstract: | From the current needs of society and positioning of air crew training,the construction of talent training mode is explored and the content of attendant professional talent training mode reform in the air is put forward.Practice has proved that the cultivation model is conducive to the cultivation of professional talents,which enables graduates to integrate into the civil aviation and high-end service faster and better,and meet the needs of business professionals. |
