| 摘 要： | 数字参考咨询服务与传统的参考咨询服务相比,其服务模式和方法等都有了深刻的变化。文章提出了数字参考咨询服务的三大类服务形式:异步服务、实时数字参考咨询服务以及合作化数字参考服务,探讨了数字参考咨询系统中咨询、标准化、协作、人才等问题。
