| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料和比较研究等方法,对我国奥运冠军奖励的回顾和对国外奥运冠军奖励的对比,分析我国奥运冠军奖励政策存在的问题。主要结论:我国奥运冠军奖励形式单一,一味强调物质奖励;缺乏有效合理的奖励政策;各地方政府把奥运冠军的奖励演变为一场财力比拼;企业为运动员的过度包装不利于其今后的发展。因此,我国的奥运冠军奖励政策应回归理性化、多样化,重视和提倡精神奖励,使奥运奖励向良性发展。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature and comparative study, the paper does the review and comparison of China＇s Olympic champion award and that of foreign Olympic champion award, does the analysis of the problem of Olympic champion award policy in China. The main conclusion： China＇s Olympic champion award has a single form, only paying attention to material rewards; lack of reasonable effective incentive policy; local governments change Olympic champion reward into pure financial reward; while the excessive packing of the enterprises for athletes is not conducive to their development in the future. Therefore, China＇s Olympic champion award policy should return to rationalization, diversification, and advocate the spirit reward, make Olympic rewards to the benign development. |
