| 摘 要： | 青少年犯罪的主要原因在于，对青少年教育的失误以及社会上不良因素的影响。加强对青少年的教育管理可通过以下途径：加强青少年理想与信念教育、革命传统教育，建立有效的教育管理机制，加大社会保障力度。

| Abstract: | The main causes to the juvenile delinquency comprise both the deficiency of the education and impacts of the evil social factors.The paper suggests that the education of ideal,faith,and revolutionary tradition be enhanced,the effective education mechanisms established,and the social security strengthened. |
