| 摘 要： | 在网络多媒体教学环境下,以创新能力与素质教育为切入点,利用文献法和逻辑推理法,分析学生的个性品格与创新能力培养的内在联系和网络多媒体教学对学生创新能力培养的优势及不足。论述了网络多媒体教学应与传统教学相结合、优势互补培养体育专业学生的创新能力。

| Abstract: | Under the environment of network multimedia teaching,the paper regards innovation ability and quality-oriented education at the cut-in point, analyses the inner link between students' individual character and cultivation of innovation ability,the advantage and deficiency in cultivating students' innovation ability by network multimedia teaching by the methods of documentary and logical speculation.The condusion is that the best way of cultivating studeuts' innovatin ability is the combination of network multimedia teaching with traditional teaching. |
