摘    要:专业化是当前教师发展的目标和方向,专业化条件下教师的知识结构及其优化对于促进教师的专业发展具有重要的意义。专业化条件下教师知识结构的基本构成、良好知识结构的基本特征以及构建、优化教师知识结构的基本途径等问题是发展关键。

Abstract:The professionalization is an aim and objective in the current development of teacher education.It is significant for teachers' professional development to explore teachers' knowledge structure and its optimization in teachers' professionalization.The paper analyzes the elements constituting teachers' knowledge structure and the main characters of a complete knowledge structure.Additionally,the paper expatiates the approach to construct and optimize teachers' knowledge structure.
