摘    要:目的:探讨盐生隐杆藻胞外多糖对小鼠抗肿瘤作用的影响.方法:建立小鼠移植性S180实体瘤模型,观察EPAH对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用、对白细胞的数量、对免疫器官及红细胞粘附肿瘤细胞能力的影响;另建立小鼠移植性S180腹水瘤模型,观察EPAH对小鼠存活时间的影响;同时,通过体外培养检测EPAH对SMMC7721细胞增殖的影响.结果:EPAH能明显抑制S180、SMMC7721细胞生长、促进红细胞粘附肿瘤细胞能力、增强免疫力并能有效提升减少的白细胞数量.结论:EPAH能显著增强小鼠抗肿瘤活性.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the anti-tumour effects of EPAH in mice.Methods: We used S 180-bearing mice as animal model,S 180 tumour was inoculated in oxter of forelimb or abdominal cavity of mice separately. The inhibitory effects of EPAH on the transplanted tumour cells of S 180 in mice were investigated by tumour weight,immune ability , the number of WBC,living time and the rate of the Erythrocytes to adhere to tumour cells. We also observed the anti-tumour action to SMMC 7721 cells in vitro by MTT method. Result:EPAH can obviously inhibit the proliferation of the Sarcomal 180 (S 180) cells, SMMC 7721 cells in vivo or vitro ,enhance the rate of the Erythrocytes to adhere to tumour cells ,it also enhance the immunological function and recovers the reduced number of WBC, prolong the living time.
