| 摘 要： | 随着改革的深化 ,市场经济体制的逐步建立 ,大学生就业日益受到经济发展状况和产业结构的影响 ,受到劳动力供求结构和状况的影响。大学生“就业难”现象的产生 ,既说明大学生的就业日益受到来自市场的外部竞争压力的约束 ,也是双轨的就业制度并存时期体制摩擦在观念上反映出来的矛盾。大学生“就业难”现象的矛盾和困难 ,只能通过人才市场力量即劳动供给者、市场中介组织和政府行为等各方面进行行为调整和改善 ,才能从根本上加上解决

| Abstract: | With the deepening of reform and expansion of market eoconmic system, students' employment will be affected more and more by the economic development and production structure. It will also be affected by man- power supply and technical skills. The hard employment to college students shows that the students' employment will be limited by outside pressure from the market and will be challanged by the double- system employment. The difficulty and contradiction in students' employment will be solved thoroughly through man power market, improvement and adjustment of labour suppliers market media organizations and government actions. |
