| 摘 要： | 文章分析了北京中小企业技术创新发展面临的障碍以及在建设中小企业技术转移平台方面存在的问题，结合工作实践，总结概括了北京技术交易促进中心在为中小企业建立技术转移平台支撑企业自主创新方面的主要做法，包括推进北京协同创新服务联盟组织建设，组织实施企业消化吸收与再创新科技专项、推动公共信息化服务平台建设以及科技条件平台建设等。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the obstacles of Beijing SMEs in technology developing and innovating, and problems in construction of technology exchange platform, then sums up the practical work of Beijing Technology Exchange Promotion Center in establishing technology exchange platform which supporting independent innovation for SMEs, such as organizing of Beijing Collaborative Innovation Services Alliance, implementing the enterprises technology absorption and re-innovation projects, and promoting the construction of public information service platform and the S＆T Infrastructure. |
