小学课堂教学管理有效性探析

摘    要:课堂教学管理是学校管理的核心,有效的课堂教学管理能极大地提高课堂教学效率,融洽师生关系。小学课堂教学管理有其特殊性,它的特殊性来源于教学对象的特殊性和师生关系的特殊性。基础教育课程改革要求转变与提升教师的教学理念,转变教学行为模式,改革和完善评价方式等。要提高小学课堂教学管理的有效性,必须从构建和谐的师生关系着手,建立完善课堂规范,引导学生进行自主管理,建立合理的评价体系,不断提高教师自身素质,把握课堂教学管理的一般规律。

Abstract:Teaching management is the core of the school management.The effective teaching management can greatly improve teaching efficiency and harmonize relationship between teachers and students.Primary school teaching management has its uniqueness,which comes from the specialty of the objects of teaching and the relationship between teachers and students.Basic education curriculum reform requires change and upgrading of teachers' teaching concept,change of teaching behavior mode,reform and improvement of the methods of evaluation.To improve the effectiveness of teaching management of primary school class,we should build harmonious relationship between teachers and students,accomplish the class regulations,induce self-management of the students,build reasonable evaluation system,improve the quality of teachers,and master general class teaching management principles.
