| 摘 要： | 儒家倡导"君子"人格,主张通过内心修养追求理想的道德境界;墨家追求"兼士"人格,主张实行"兼爱"原则以实际行动追求"兴利天下"的功利境界。从人生追求目标、素质涵养、处世原则、生活风格四个方面比较两种分属不同类型的人格,各具特色,存在不同又有相似之处。虽然它们自身不可避免地具有因封建社会历史条件带来的狭隘性、局限性,但对于建构现代社会理想人格来说都具有重要的思想资源价值。

| Abstract: | The confucians advocates gentleman personality,proposing the pursuit of the ideal realm of mordlity through one＇s inner cultivation,Which the mohists advocate tolerance（Jianshi） personality,proposing the pursuit of the utilitarian realm by implementing universal love through their real actions.They belong to two different personalities in comparison of life purait goal,quality accomplishment living principles and life styles,with their own features,existing with differences and similarities,which are important for building modern ideal social personalities. |
