| 摘 要： | 在高校学生工作中引入个性化教育理念与方法,既是马克思主义关于人的全面发展和社会发展的迫切需要,也是当代大学生个人发展的期待,还是高校学生工作的趋势。在借鉴国内外著名大学学生事务管理经验的基础上,将个性化指导这一个性化教育方法践行在高校学生工作中。经过多年的实践,形成了一套工作思路,也取得了一定的成效。但总体而言,个性化教育在国内高校学生工作中的践行仍面临诸多困难。

| Abstract: | The aPPlication of PrinciPles and techniques of Personalized education,a tendency of student work in colleges and universities,is not only the emergent need of social develoPment and human all-round develoPment with the guidance of Marxism,but also the exPectation of Personal develoPment of contemPorary college students. Based on some famous exPe-riences of college student management home and abroad,the author and his colleagues introduce the notion into college student work,naming it Personalized counseling. After years of Practice,the author gives an in-dePth look into the essence of Personal counseling and has made some Progress. However,currently,there are still many difficulties and Problems in the Practice of Personalized education in colleges and universities. |
