| 摘 要： | 个体、私营经济等非公有制经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。大力发展非公有制经济,是江西加快发展升级的必然选择,是我省全面深化改革的重要突破口。我们要在认识上"放胆"、政策上"放宽"、范围上"放开"、政治上"放心"、机制上"放活"、规模上"放手"、环境上"放松"、层次上"放高",以创新的思维、多维的视角、综合的措施积极促进非公有制经济快速、健康、持续地发展。

| Abstract: | The non-public economies,such as individual economy and private economy,are the important companent of socialist market economy.To strive to develop the non-public economies is natural choice for Jiangxi to accelerate development upgrading and as well as the breakthrough for Jiangxi to comprehensively deepen its reform.We should take every means to promote the rapid,healthy and sustainable development of the non-public economies with boldness in ideology,looseness in policy,opening-up in range,unworriedness in politics,flexibility in system,etc. |
