| Abstract: | In the promotion of education equilibrium, teaching and research fellows should assume their responsibilities as follows: reinforcement of learning to grasp equity; research and training undertaken to balance teachers' resources; activation of teaching and research to strike a balance between regions; careful research and guidance to balance the school itself; internal balance for a long-term perspective and objective. |
