| Abstract: | The information host-based regional information sharing is the requirement of the social and theoretical development.The fact that the information in the west region can not be shared and the farmers are short of information skill urgently demands that we should foster the farmers' information skill.The information sharing based on the improvement of the farmers originates from this fact and is an important measure to inspire the source motive power of information sharing. |
