| 摘 要： | 网络信息资源管理系统的基本要素有四 :网络信息、用户需求、网络导航员和系统开发与维护专家、计算机与网络应用环境。网络信息资源管理系统的运作机理包括 :网络信息的采集和网络信息的组织。面对种类繁多且杂乱无章的网络信息资源 ,建立一个网络信息资源管理系统 ,对特定的网络信息进行收集、整理和有序化并经常剔旧纳新 ,是非常必要的。参考文献 4。
