| 摘 要： | 网络信息自由具有相对性和受控性。网络信息控制系统 ,包括对人的因素控制、信息控制、信息技术控制和信息政策法规控制等环节 ,体现出控制的系统性。应当注意体现网络信息控制的渐进性 ,以利于其在发展中规范 ,并在规范中发展。参考文献 7。
