| Abstract: | Student development should be centralized in student management.Based on this concern,priorities of students' work have been given to the issues with regard to student development,such as how to guide,asist,and promote students to develop healthily and smoothly to their full potentials.The applcation of such a mode of student management in Australian universities provides us with many valuable theoretical and practical experiences. |
