| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育是高等教育的一个重要组成部分，它既不同于中等职业教育，又不同于普通本科和高专教育。就业出口是它的优势，也是它的特色。为增强优势，突出特色，加强高职大学生的就业指导工作，便具有很强的现实意义。本文阐述了高职大学生就业指导工作的现状与存在的问题，并提出了自己的建议。
