电解锰浸渣的综合利用研究进展

摘    要:电解锰浸渣是电解锰生产过程中锰矿石的酸浸废渣,因含锰量低、杂质多,工厂一般采用堆砌填埋的方式处理。随着电解锰行业资源整合和清洁生产标准的提出,锰渣所造成的的重金属和氨氮污染越来越受到人们的重视,对电解锰渣资源化利用已成为科研工作者研究的热点。文章综合了近年来国内综合利用电解锰渣的各种尝试及工业化应用,包括锰渣中有价元素的提取,无机材料的制备,以及在建筑业、农业、废水处理中的应用,通过工艺介绍、锰渣用量、产品性能、以及工业化应用的前景和瓶颈进行分析,为电解锰浸渣的资源化利用提供参考和指导。

Reasearch of using Electrolytic Manganese Slag
Abstract:The manganese slag which produced in the process of electrolyzing manganese industrial production were low content of manganese and high impurities.And always be used stack the landfill by factories.With the resources integration and clean production standard pr0posed in manganese industry.The pollution which caused by heavy metals and ammonia nitrogen in manganese slag has been more and more attention of people.Therefore,the utilization of manganese slag has been a hotspot by scientist.In the paper,it summarized the various utilization and industrialized application of the slag inland which involved the extraction of valuable elements,preparation of inorganic embolic material,and the application in construction industry,agriculture,the wastewater treatment.It can provide a reference and guidance for reusing manganese slag by analysis the technology,the content of slag,product performance,and the prospect application and bottleneck in industry.
