| 摘 要： | 班级自主管理是高中阶段培养学生自主管理能力的重要手段.当前高中班级自主管理活动中存在着学生一般自我管理能力低下导致班级自主管理能力不足、学生参与班级自主管理程度较低、学生对班级自主管理重视程度不够、教师班级管理观念陈旧等诸多问题.为加强对高中生班级自主管理能力的培养工作,家长在家庭中应尽可能创设有利于学生自主能力成长的生活情境;教师要改变现有的班级管理陋习;学校需创设良好环境以为学生班级自主管理能力的成长提供有利条件.
