| 摘 要： | 职业资格证书制度是人力资源开发与管理中一个不可或缺的重要手段。现阶段我国职业资格证书制度建设中存在着对职业资格证书认识不到位,职业资格证书的推行难度较大,缺乏统一的与学历文凭相沟通的国家职业资格框架,职业资格证书考核工作的社会化管理机制不完善等问题。要积极推进我国职业资格证书制度建设必须采取相应的措施:提高对职业资格证书制度的认识,加强对职业标准的研究和开发,建立双向沟通式的双证制;完善职业资格证书的考核管理。

| Abstract: | The vocational qualified certificate system is a necessary vital method in the exploitation and development of human resources. Nowadays in the construction of China's vocational qualified certificate system there exist such problems as incorrect understanding of vocational qualified certificate, great difficulty in practicing it, lack of national vocational qualified unified framework closely related to academic certificate °ree, imperfect mechanism of socialized management. In order to push forward the construction of China's vocational qualified certificate system the following measures must be taken: to improve the understanding of vocational qualified certificate system, to strengthen the research and exploitation of vocational criterion, to establish the double-certificate system with two-way communication, and to perfect the assessment and management of vocational qualified certificate. |
