| 摘 要： | 期刊信息资源是高校图书馆文献信息资源的重要组成部分，是传递信息情报的主要媒介。本文通过分析目前高校图书馆期刊利用率普遍偏低的原因，提出了一些改进办法，即从图书馆和期刊读者两方面分别采取措施双管齐下，让期刊发挥出巨大的作用，为教学科研服务。

| Abstract: | The periodical information resources are important composing parts of literature information resources in university libraries and the main medias of transferring information. The reasons of lower utilizing rate of periodicals in university libraries are analyzed. For this, some improvement methods are proposed, this is, the measures can be taken simultaneity from the two hand sides of libraries and readers to let periodicals play a great roles and to serve for teaching and scientific research. |
