| 摘 要： | 德性是一种获得性品格,德性需要培育。针对学生德性缺失的问题,提出思想政治教学德性培育的思路、方法与途径。主要包括:坚持"育人为本、德育为先"的教育观,实施"责任性"教学,实现道德引领;创设自主课堂,提升学生道德认识;开展道德实践活动,锻炼学生道德意志;建构师生有效交往,浸润学生道德情感以及整合德育力量,共同促进德性养成等。

| Abstract: | As an acquired character,virtue needs to be nurtured.Based on students’ lack of virtue,this paper puts forward the ideas,ways and means of ideological and political education to cultivate virtue,including adhering to the educational philosophy "people-oriented education,moral education for the first",implementing the "responsibility" teaching to achieve moral guidance;creating their own class,enhancing students’ awareness of ethics;carrying out moral practice to cultivate students’ moral will;constructing teacher-student effective communication,nurturing their emotional and ethical quality,integrating moral education forces to jointly promote the cultivation of virtue and so on. |
