| 摘 要： | 关于"特色学校"的建设,教育界多年来一直在探索中前行,由自发的状态逐步成为有组织的、专门的探索和创建活动。但相关概念的使用普遍地存在着随意性的问题,虽然许多教育管理研究者进行了大量的辨析工作,但常常出现寓意不清或模糊使用现象,导致"特色学校"的创建多停留于浅表层面,难以真正深入,基本操作也受到局限。只有进一步厘清一些基本的概念,才能找准方向,在坚韧与坚守中收获属于自己的成果。

| Abstract: | Exploration of characteristic school establishment has been going on in the education field for many years,changing from spontaneity to an organized and particular establishment activity.However,some relevant concepts are usually used casually.Although lots of educational management researchers have done a lot of work to distinguish these concepts,they are always used unclearly or indistinctively,making establishing characteristic school remain at the surface level and caussing the limitation in the basic operation.People should clearly understand the basic concept in order to find out the best way and reap the harvest with pertinacious and tenacious attitudes. |
