| 摘 要： | 归化与异化两种翻译策略是翻译界长久以来争论的热点之一。归化翻译指以目的语文化为归宿的翻译方法,即运用目的语文化易于接受的表达法,使译文更通俗易懂,更适合于目的语读者。异化翻译指以源语文化为归宿的翻译方法,即尽力再现原文的色彩以便更好地保留源语文化的异国情调。以对等理论视角对归化异化在翻译中的作用进行重新审视,以求得翻译中归化异化的新应用。

| Abstract: | There exists a long-lasting controversy in translat ion field,that is,the debate between the strategy of domestication and the str ategy of foreignization.Domestication strategy refers to the target-languageculture-oriented translation in which expressions acceptable in the target lang uage culture are exploited in order to make the translated texts intelligible an d suitable for the target text readers.Foreignization strategy refers to the soure-language-culture-oriented translation which fully reflects the features of original text in order to keep the exotic color.This paper analyzes the roles of domestication and foreignization in translation from the perspective of Equivalence Theory in order to seek new application of them in translation. |
