| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的进一步完善,高校在新形势下的房产档案管理也需作出相应的调整,否则就不能适应社会发展的要求。随着计算机在高校管理中的普遍应用,建立一套与高校事业发展相适应的房产信息化管理软件,利用信息化管理手段进行管理创新,是提高高校房产管理水平的一个重要措施。

| Abstract: | With the further improvement of socialist market system,real estate archive management of universalities should make corresponding adjustments in the new situation;otherwise,it will not meet the demands of social development.With the wide application of computers in universities’ management,it is important for universities to establish a set of real estate informatization management software in accordance with university development and innovate management by informatization management methods in order to strengthen the real estate management. |
