| 摘 要： | 高等院校学籍管理是高校学生管理工作中的重要组成部分,面对艺术类大学生个性突出、价值观念多元化等特点,通过对高等艺术院校学籍管理的现状和普遍存在的问题进行分析,结合相关工作实践,提出了建立学籍管理"预警机制"、实行"导师制"及"网络化"等优化策略,体现了既依法治校又以人为本的管理理念,以期对高校学籍管理工作有所助益。

| Abstract: | Student status management is an important part of student management work in colleges.Considering art students’ outstanding personality,value pluralism and other factors,this article analyzed the current situation and common problems of student status management in art colleges and combined with the practices of related work,this paper puts forward to establishing the student status management "early warning mechanism","tutor management" and "network management" and other optimization strategy,reflecting both lawful and people-oriented management concept,with a view to be useful to the student status management in colleges. |
