| Abstract: | The questionnaire survey leads to the understanding of the different-level qualities of elementary teachers in the rural schools of Shiyan city and to the collection of the first-hand materials on their teaching backgrounds,ethics,capabilities and the corresponding needs for the development of specialties.On this basis,the good advice is produced on the pre-teaching education for the elementary teachers in the rural areas. |
