| 摘 要： | 开发基于工作过程系统化的行动导向课程,是各高职院校在推行工学结合、突出实践能力培养、改革人才培养模式方面的重要抓手。从专业定位、课程设置、课程内容设计和技能训练等方面探讨了行动导向课程开发的基本思路及其在高职院校《法律文书写作》课程设计中的实践情况。

| Abstract: | It is a great way to develop an action-oriented course based on the systematic process for the promotion of work-integrated learning,emphasis of practice ability and reform of talent-nurture mode among all the higher vocational institutes.The paper discusses the idea and application of the development of action-oriented course of Legal Writing from the following aspects: major orientation,the setting of course,the design of contents and skill training. |
