摘    要:辅导员专业化是社会分工与教育发展的产物,这一过程要求辅导员队伍在专业品质、专业能力、专业技能、专业知识层面形成体系化的专业素质结构。本文尝试将管理学中的目标管理方法引入辅导员专业化发展中来,针对辅导员专业化素质结构中的"短板效应",设计普遍适用的辅导员专业化发展的总体目标与分层目标,为高校辅导员个体的专业化目标设计提供可资参考的框架,推动辅导员队伍的专业化建设取得更加科学有效的发展。

Abstract:Professionalization of counselors is the product of educational development and social division of labor.This process requires counselors have the professional quality structures in the professional quality,professional competence,professional skills and professional knowledge.This paper tries to use objectives management method to design universal overall goals and layered targets of professional development to solve the "short-board effect" in the professional quality of counselors,and provide target design frame about the professional growth of university counselors for reference.
