| 摘 要： | 获取外部知识是联盟成员进行决策的重要依据.将吸收能力和学习成本引入收益函数中,根据不同学习策略时企业收益的比较,分析了学习策略的选择问题,得出了联盟成员间相对吸收能力和知识折扣率会交互影响企业的学习策略.

| Abstract: | Firms in alliance makes decision based on knowledge from outside alliance. This paper introduces absorptive capacity and cost of learning into payoff function, compares the payoff of two learning strategies, analyzes learning strategy choice. Finally, the author put forwards that interaction of relative absorptive capacity and transfer discount could affect the learning strategy. |
