| 摘 要： | 师范生的就业潜在危机凸显,主要是受到教育体制的城市指向、就业市场供需矛盾、知识失业现象、就业指导工作滞后、师范生就业心态误区等因素的影响和制约。因此,建议从加强师范生想政治教育、深化教育人事制度和教育教学制度改革,加强对师范生的就业指导、建立毕业生失业保险制度等方面切实保证师范生充分就业。

| Abstract: | The potential employment crisis for teachers college graduates has emerged and is getting worse presently,which is influced and restricted by such elements as urban-orientation of education system,contradiction of supply and demand for labor resources,knowledgeable people's losing their jobs,lagging of guiding students to find a job and misleading ideology of college students.Therefore,if we want to increase the emdoyment rate for students,we should improve guidance for students,establish guaranteeing system to help the unemployed students' emphasize the ideological training for them and deepen reforms of education and teaching systems. |
