广州市属中等职业学校教师数量分析的研究

摘    要:广州市中等职业教育发展水平在全国省会城市中仅处于中等发展水平,这种现状与其经济与社会发展水平很不相称.在教师数量方面,由于"十五"期间学生人数的持续增长,生师比已经远远超过国家标准,成为制约广州中等职业教育发展的首要问题.对此,要创新中等职业学校教师队伍建设新思路;落实《广州市中等职业教育调整与改革实施意见》,加快中等职业教育改革步伐;保证师资培养培训经费,在数量和质量上满足职业教育发展的需要;构建新型职业学校教师教育体系.

Abstract:The developing level of secondary vocational education in Guangzhou lies in the middle among those in the capital cities in China.This situation does not fit that of Guangzhou's economical and social developing level.Because of the continuing growth of student's number during the Tenth Five-Year Plan,the ratio between teacher and student has already far exceeded the national standard.It becomes primary problem of restricting secondary vocational educational development in Guangzhou.According to such situation,we must find new ways to construct vocational schools' teaching group.
