| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校开设职业指导课程,全面、深入、系统地对学生进行职业指导,提高学生的职业素质,是高等职业院校教育教学不可忽视的重要内容,也是当前实施素质教育的一项重要举措。分析高等职业院校学生职业素质培养的必要性,着重阐述了高等职业院校学生职业素质培养内容的构建和培养途径。

| Abstract: | The career guidance course is given in vocational colleges to improve students' professional quality by instructing them in employment completely,deeply and systematically. That is not only the essential part of high vocational education,but also the important measures of Essential-qualities-oriented Education at present.This article analyzes the necessity of cultivating students' professional quality and mainly elaborates the content structuring and approaches of it in vocational colleges. |
