弱势群体的受教育权保护

摘    要:弱势群体受教育程度的高低直接影响到社会整体的进步与发展。本文通过对弱势群体的受教育状况以及影响其受教育权利因素的分析,提出应加大教育投入、完善对弱势群体教育的资助体系、合理分配教育资源、加强和完善教育立法等措施来保护弱势群体的受教育权,使弱势群体能够通过接受教育来改变自身的弱势状况,走上自强自立的道路,最终实现社会和谐。

Abstract:The education level of the disadvantaged can directly influence the progress and development of the whole society.This article analyzes the educational status quo of the disadvantaged and the factors which affect their rights of being educated,and then suggests that educational investment should be increased,granting system for the disadvantaged should be perfected,educational resources should be reasonably distributed and educational legislation should be strengthened and perfected to protect the rights of being educated of the disadvantaged so that they can change their situations through education and be independent and finally the goal of harmonious society can be realized.
