| 摘 要： | 德国高等职业技术教育动员社会力量合作办学,形成良好的办学合力。学校实行“双轨制”教育,学生在校学习理论的同时,在企业接受锻炼,增强了实际本领,促进了毕业生充分就业,提高了企业效率,值得我国高等职业技术教育界学习和借鉴。

| Abstract: | In Germany,social forces are mobilized to run schools corporately and from a strong unity in order to develop higher vocational and technical education.The "two-track system" of education has been carried out in schools.Students,while learning theories at school,also receive training in enterprises to improve their ability in practice.This can not only increase students' employment after their graduation,but also raise the efficiency of enterprises.This is worth learning in developing higher vocational and technical education of China. |
