| 摘 要： | 体育教学工作是学校推行素质教育中带有主导性的中心环节。如何在新形势下更 好地发挥体育教学在素质教育中的作用．是目前深化教学改革的一个迫切问题。本文在 调查研究的基础上，提出在体育教学改革中应强调体现素质教育的特征，探讨了多方位 的教学改革必须具备的前提条件。

| Abstract: | Physical Education teaching is a key link in the quality education. How to display better the role of P. E. teaching in the quality education remains an urgent problem in deepening the teaching reform. Based on our survey, this paper points out the emphasis on the quality education in P. E. teaching reform and explores the preconditions in the teaching reform from different perspectives. |
