| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、文献资料、访谈、数理统计等研究方法,对沈阳市6所大学篮球运动员运动损伤产生原因进行调查分析。并针对沈阳市篮球运动员易损伤部位,提出预防运动损伤的可行性建议。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documents,questionnaire,investigation interview and statistics,this paper investigation and analysis on the causes of sports injury of basketball players of 6 universities in Shenyang.The research shows that the main causes of sports injury of basketball players of 6 universities in Shenyang are uneven and slippery ground,the low air temperature in winter,unreasonable technical movement.According to the easy injury location of basketball players in Shenyang,this research provides feasible suggestions which are the preventions of Sports Injury. |
