摘    要:本文从分析网络化远程教育的应用需求和发展趋势出发.阐述了目前远程教育所采用网络技术平台的现状,分析各种远程教育网络平台的优势和局限性。由于广电网络具有带宽丰富、覆盖面广、投资省等优势,采用基于广电网络融合Internet方式的多媒体远程教育平台具有稳定、可靠、高速、高效、低成本等特点。采用组播方式支持大容量用户同时使用,可突破服务器和现有网络带宽的限制。本文还提出了基于广电宽带网络的多媒体远程教育平台开发的定位和推广目标,并针对教育内容发送系统、视频直播交互咨询系统及平台关键技术的实现和策略设计等进行了展开和研究。

Abstract:With in-depth analysis of current growing applications and development trend of remote education network, we briefly evaluated the status of existing professional platforms in distance education networks by the study of their advantages and disadvantage respectively. Due to the broadband, wide coverage and economical investment characteristics of broadcast & TV network, the distance education platform based on broadcast & TV network and Internet provided viable approaches to professional requirements of stability, reliability, high speed, efficiency with low cost. And multicast strategy was able to meet large massive users simultaneously without the limits of server capacity and present bandwidth. We explained the actual conditions of the platform and its development mode and trend.
