| 摘 要： | 面板数据分析表明，1990—2005年我国城市金融发展与其经济增长间是负相关关系；与城市产业结构升级间是正相关关系。不同区域位置和不同规模城市间金融发展对经济增长和产业结构升级的作用有显著差异。进一步深化金融领域的改革，提高金融体系的中介效率，促使储蓄顺利转化为投资，是城市金融发展促进经济增长和城市产业结构升级的根本方向。

| Abstract: | Panel data analysis basing on the statistical data of China cities from 1990 to 2005 indicates that,financial development is negatively correlated with economic growth and is positively correlated with the upgrade of industry structure.Promoting the financial reform and improving the financial agency efficiency is helpful in smoothly transforming from savings to investment,which is the essential direction to realize the target that financial development promotes economic growth and upgrade of industry structure in China cities. |
