| 摘 要： | 从分析东汉末年人们所持的"霸世"、"霸功"或"霸业"观念出发,当时人对自己所处的动乱的政治环境有很明确的认知,因此对自己所持的政治理想有很清楚的定位,即明确以"霸政"作为自己政治上努力追求的目标。"霸政"政治理想的定位使得人们放弃了对"王政"政治理想的追求,而在实际政治生活中放松对手段的要求而更多地强调实际效果。这种政治意识形态对东汉末年曹操、诸葛亮等人的刑名法术政治产生了直接影响。这是汉末刑名法术之治兴起的意识形态上的背景。

| Abstract: | In this article I analyze the relationship between the rule by force and the rule according to the penal codes and laws.The analysis is based on the political idea held by people at the end of the late Han Dynasty,which was reflected by several terms,such as Rule the World,ect.From the terms I find that people had a good idea of the political conditions they confronted with and had a definite political target,that is the idea of Rule by Force.As a result,they abandoned the idea of rule by the kings,and turned much more attention to the good results brought by the rule,not to the rule itself in the political life.The idea of rule by force had a direct influence on the rule according to the penal codes and laws that was held by Cao Cao and Zhuge Liang,the two outstanding politicians.That is why the rule according to the penal codes and laws was put into practice at the end of the late Han Dynasty. |
