摘    要:赏识教育是在尊重学生、尊重个性的基础上,给予学生关爱、肯定,以激励学生健康成长的一种具有活力的教育方法和思想体系,它是成功教育的重要原理之一,具有丰厚的理论基础,文章主要从动机理论学派的角度探讨赏识教育原理,以获得成功教育实施的启迪.

Abstract:The recognition that education is respect for students,respect for personality,based on the students love,affirmation,to stimulate the healthy growth of students is a dynamic teaching methods and philosophies.It is an important principle of successful,education,with substantial theoretical basis.This article,mainly from the perspective of motivation theory,explores the principle of recognition education to carry on the successful education.
