论教育管理的终极关怀

摘    要:人是教育管理的终极关怀对象,寒现人的自由、全面发展是教育管理的终极关怀目标。要真正在教育管理中实现对人的终极关怀,就应以主体教育管理观来指导我们的教育管理实践。因为它是一种以实践的、辨证的、唯物的马克思主义哲学为哲学基础的管理观,是一种能够促进人自由而全面发展的管理观。

Abstract:Individual is the object of the ultimate concern by educational administration, whose target is to realize the free and comprehensive development of the individuals. For actual realization of the ultimate concern of the individuals in the educational administration process, the educational administration practice should be directed by the view of principal part educational administration, which is a view based on practical, dialectical, materialistic Marxist philosophy, a view that can promote free and comprehensive development of the individuals.
