| Abstract: | In order to carry out the number identifies automatically of a railroad car, making use of the MATLAB picture processing functions and adopting some picture processing function the MATLAB platform proviede, read the car number and accurately orient with the core thought of matching the character list template and awaiting processing picture with the Fourier transformation. |
